Nice robust complex white wine: Peninsula Ridge Private Reserve 09 Sauvignon Blanc

A very well crafted Sauvignon Blanc. Aged just 4 months in French oak barrels. The very light oak treatment lends an intriguing whisper of vanilla to the notes of citrus and tropical fruit. A blend of grapes from 5 Niagara vineyards.
